Website launched
Our new website has been launched today in hopes of keeping our families and friends updated with our whereabouts and ultimately to tell our stories to people like ourselves who dream of seeing new places and cultures.
Our goal is to see the world one country at a time, starting with our very own. We have spent the summer in Santa Barbara, California and are hoping that our next stop will be a winter spent on one of the beautiful islands of Hawaii. From Hawaii we will embark upon our international destinations with another winter, this time in the Southern Hemisphere on the two Islands that make up New Zealand. After working at a ski resort in the mountains of New Zealand, Stacey and I will be ready for some more white-sand beaches and curling waves, this time at the Gold Coast of Australia. We plan to spend spring and summer in Australia before we set sail for a winter in Fiji. From Fiji we will experience our first real culture shock as we arrive in Tokyo, Japan. From Tokyo, we will start our journey West again, heading to Thailand, Indonesia, the Middle East, South Africa, and Europe. Of course, this is all tentative and nothing is set in stone, but I just wanted to provide our readers with an idea of the itinerary for our quest to fulfill our wanderlust.
